Integra is ranked No.2 among the Publishing BPO Service Providers in the globe as per the recent Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted by Black Book of Outsourcing (a Datamonitor company) on the “Print and Publishing Business Process Outsourcing 2009”.
Black Book of outsourcing is a globally-recognized and esteemed research organization focusing on the Outsourcing and offshorings', through unbiased user polling and surveys. They are often quoted in the Wall Street Journal (WSJ), Business Week, AP, US News, Time, Newsweek, NBC, CNN, ABC, CNBC, CBS, NPR and other major media outlets.
This annual survey which was based on interviews with 600 senior global publishing professionals, looked at 18 qualitative KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) like Innovation, Client relationships and cultural fit, Reliability, viability, scalability, Training etc among others and factored in investigations of over 550 contracts held by 1888 of the top BPO spending organizations globally.
This ranking is significant since it places Integra as a “Highly recommended Vendor” globally. This has only validated the confidence and trust that publishers globally have reposed on Integra.
