Integra wins the award for "Excellence in Gender Inclusivity" from NASSCOM

NASSCOM is the premier trade body and the chamber of the IT-BPO industries in India and announces the Gender Inclusivity Award year on year to honor companies in the IT-BPO industry which have implemented outstanding practices that promote gender empowerment and women leadership development.

The award criteria include five parameters - business rationale, senior leadership support, communication, accountability and measurable results. Integra has been adjudged by a jury of representatives from the industry which also included Mr. N.R Narayana Murthy, Chairman and Chief Mentor, Infosys Technologies.

Integra believes in recognizing and encouraging women to be vital part of our workforce. These gender inclusivity practices are resulting in providing equitable environment, a gender inclusive mindset and an environment that breathes equity and openness. This will help develop more women leaders from within the company in the future.

Integra goes beyond in the development of women to enable them realize their full potential and establish a dignified status for themselves in the society through its community initiatives as well - especially for rural women.
